Who is a right fit
Our Right Fit Client is at a turning point. They’ve built a comfortable life through hard work, but they’re ready for more—more control, security, and freedom in their financial future. They recognize that real estate investing is the next logical step, and they want the clarity, structure, and accountability to make it happen.
They bring both income and drive to the table. Financially, they have a combined household income of around $100,000, access to at least $25,000 in available capital, and a positive net worth. They may already own their home or be financially stable enough to qualify for a mortgage.
What sets them apart is their drive—they’re motivated, coachable, and ready to commit time, money, and focus to building long-term wealth. They have a strong work ethic, a willingness to learn, and either a transferable skill (e.g., contracting, negotiation, sales, design) or the determination to develop one.
They want to be part of a like-minded community, value expert guidance, and understand that real estate investing is a disciplined, strategic path—not a get-rich-quick shortcut. With the right support, they’re ready to turn their effort and income into lasting financial independence.
Who is NOT a right
Our program isn’t for everyone — and that’s intentional. We work best with people who are ready to take action, follow guidance, and commit to creating long-term results.
You may not be the right fit if you’re looking for a quick fix, an overnight success story, or a passive promise without effort. Real estate investing takes commitment, consistency, and a willingness to learn.
This program is not ideal if you have no available capital (less than $25,000), no income or job stability, or are carrying heavy consumer debt. If you’re unable or unwilling to invest time each week, take direction from coaches, or follow a proven system, you won’t get the results you deserve.
You may also not be ready if your spouse or financial partner isn’t on board, or if you’re not currently in a position to make financial decisions confidently and collaboratively.
